1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Charlotte
4 Ditka of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 4,
5 2015; and

6     WHEREAS, Charlotte Ditka was a member of St. Titus Catholic
7 Church in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania; she enjoyed playing cards
8 with her friends, visiting the casino, and telling jokes; and

9     WHEREAS, Charlotte Ditka was preceded in death by her
10 husband, Mike Ditka, Sr.; and

11     WHEREAS, Charlotte Ditka is survived by her sons, Mike
12 (Diana), Ashton, and David; her daughter, Mary Ann Stowe; her
13 10 grandchildren; and her 15 great-grandchildren; therefore,
14 be it

15     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
17 mourn the passing of Charlotte Ditka, and extend our sincere
18 condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved
19 her; and be it further

20     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

1 presented to the family of Charlotte Ditka as an expression of
2 our deepest sympathy.
