HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Margaret A. Sartore on the occasion of her retirement from Proviso Township after 40 years of service; and

WHEREAS, During her career, Margaret Sartore has served the residents of Proviso Township as a General Assistance Case Worker, providing financial assistance, referrals, and hope for a better future to Proviso Township's most vulnerable residents; and

WHEREAS, Margaret Sartore has consistently performed above and beyond the scope of a simple job description while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and efficiency; and

WHEREAS, Margaret Sartore's caring nature and dedication was extended not only to the clients she served, but her co-workers as well; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Margaret A. Sartore on the occasion of her retirement and designate April 29, 2016 as Margaret Sartore Day in the State of Illinois in honor of her 40 years of service to the citizens of Proviso Township; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Margaret Sartore as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
