25 ILCS 157/1
    Amends the Illinois Revenue Volatility Study Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Revenue Volatility Study Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (25 ILCS 157/1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 1, 2015)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
9 Illinois Revenue Volatility Study Act.
