Amends the Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Act's applicability.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(770 ILCS 110/1) (from Ch. 82, par. 401)

Sec. 1. This Act applies only to federal tax liens and and to other federal liens notices of which under any Act of Congress or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto are required or permitted to be filed in the same manner as notices of federal tax liens.
