    Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act. Makes a technical change in aSection concerning the Act's saving clause.

1     AN ACT concerning employment.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
5 changing Section 3100 as follows:

6     (820 ILCS 405/3100)  (from Ch. 48, par. 810)
7     Sec. 3100. Saving clause.
8     The~~The~~ legislature reserves the power to amend or repeal
9 this Act at any time, and all rights, privileges or immunities
10 conferred by this Act, or by acts done pursuant thereto, shall
11 exist subject to such power.
