    Amends the Soybean Marketing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning agriculture.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Soybean Marketing Act is amended by changing
5 Section 2 as follows:

6     (505 ILCS 130/2)  (from Ch. 5, par. 552)
7     Sec. 2.
8     This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ~~the~~
9 "Soybean Marketing Act".
