SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

765 ILCS 160/1-10

Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the applicability of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Common Interest Community Association Act is amended by changing Section 1-10 as follows:

(765 ILCS 160/1-10)

Sec. 1-10. Applicability. Unless expressly provided otherwise herein, the the provisions of this Act are applicable to all common interest community associations in this State.
