SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Edwin R. Cisinski, who passed away on June 20, 2010; and

WHEREAS, Edwin R. Cisinski (Orky) was the adoring husband of the late Stella (nee Gawron); the loving father of Susan (Stanley) Witulski, Amy (Andrew) Przybylo, and David Cisinski; the proud grandfather of Carla, Sarah, Adam, and Kiki; the dear great-grandfather of Olivia, Mehdi, Collin, and Lincoln; a dear brother to Richard, Joe, Ted, and Antoinette; a fond uncle and loyal friend to many; and

WHEREAS, His eyes twinkled with happiness, his giggle was infectious and childlike, and with a warm hug and sincere smile he shared his kindness and love with everyone he knew; and

WHEREAS, This special man will be greatly missed by all those who were lucky to have him in their lives; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Edwin Cisinski; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Edwin Cisinski as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
