SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of William Hugh "Will" Kelley of Palatine, who passed away on May 21, 2010; and

WHEREAS, He was born March 20, 1993, in Arlington Heights; and

WHEREAS, He was a talented athlete who played on Fremd High School's soccer team and lacrosse team; and

WHEREAS, He was also an accomplished Honor Roll student; and

WHEREAS, Will was the son of John J. and Joan L. (nee Olson) Kelley; the loving brother of Megan, Drew, and Mitchell; and the cherished grandson of Beth (the late Lester) Olson and Patricia (the late Joseph) Kelley; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of William Kelley; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of William Kelley as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
