SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Jeffrey H. Steadman Sr. of Lombard, who
4 recently passed away; and
 
5     WHEREAS, Jeffrey H. Steadman Sr. was the Executive Vice
6 President of Renaissance Hospital Management, the former CEO of
7 Suburban Hospital/Suburban Cook County Tuberculosis Sanitarium
8 District, and the former Vice President of MacNeal Hospital;
9 and
 
10     WHEREAS, He was a member of the Loretto Hospital Foundation
11 and the Hospital Financial Management Association, and was a
12 board member of Westside Insurance Company; and
 
13     WHEREAS, He was a graduate of Adelphi University and
14 received a Master's degree from George Washington University;
15 he loved aviation and the outdoors; and
 
16     WHEREAS, Jeffrey Steadman Sr. served on the Loretto
17 Hospital Board of Trustees for 10 years with Illinois State
18 Senator Kimberly A. Lightford and was considered a dear friend;
19 and
 
20     WHEREAS, Jeffrey Steadman Sr. was the beloved husband of

1 Linda, nee Stone; the loving father of Chris (fiancée Nikki)
2 Buziecki, Jeffrey Jr. (Barbara) Steadman, Scott (Shannon)
3 Buziecki, Charles, Alexander (Jennifer), Arthur, and Michael
4 Steadman; the devoted son of Charles Steadman I and Muriel
5 Steadman, nee Bowerman; the fond brother of Sheri Ryan; the
6 brother-in-law of Michael (Cindy) and Robert (Karly) Stone; the
7 son-in-law of Robert and Irene Stone; and an uncle to many
8 nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
 
9     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
10 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
11 his family and friends, the passing of Jeffrey Steadman Sr.;
12 and be it further
 
13     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
14 presented to the family of Jeffrey Steadman Sr. as a symbol of
15 our sincere sympathy.
