| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 |
| learn of the death of
Robert A. Fitzgerald of Beach Park, who | | 4 |
| passed away on January 29, 2009; and
| | 5 |
| WHEREAS, Robert Fitzgerald was born in Kansas City, | | 6 |
| Missouri on May 9, 1950; he was a resident of Lake County since | | 7 |
| he was a young child; and
| | 8 |
| WHEREAS, Robert Fitzgerald was employed at Buehler Ltd. in | | 9 |
| Lake Bluff for the past 27 years, both in manufacturing and | | 10 |
| most recently in Buehler service; and
| | 11 |
| WHEREAS, Robert Fitzgerald was preceded in death by his | | 12 |
| mother, Wilma (Barnes) Fitzgerald; and
| | 13 |
| WHEREAS, Robert Fitzgerald is survived by his wife, Pam | | 14 |
| (Hoepner) Fitzgerald; his children, Shannon (Patrick) Smith, | | 15 |
| Tracy (John) McHugh, Chris Fiene, and Holly Anderson; his | | 16 |
| beloved grandchildren, Andrew, Jordan, Cody, Jayna, and | | 17 |
| Katelyn; and his sister, Linda Sonn; therefore, be it
| | 18 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | | 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | | 20 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Robert A. Fitzgerald; |
