SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Richard Cesar Chirinos of Chicago, who passed away on January 4, 2010; and

WHEREAS, Richard Cesar Chirinos was born on November 15, 2008; and

WHEREAS, Richard Cesar Chirinos was the always happy and smiling, adored son of Cesar and Julie, nee Bravieri; the loved grandson of Richard and Margaret Bravieri and the late Susan (Gardaga) Bravieri, nee Pechous Nieto querido de Cesar Chirinos, and Teresa Versace; the precious great-grandson of Wanda (Grammy) Pechous; the beloved godson of Cesar Omar Melo and Katherine Pechous; the fond nephew of Jeffery (Beth) Bravieri and Steven Bravieri; el queridisimo sobrino de Mari, Pela (Pepe), Charo, Pilar (Anibal), Cecilia (Russell), y Vicky (Omar); the loved cousin to Anthony; Mia and Grant, el Primo adorado de Piero, Ale, Andrea, Plarcita, Renzo, Bruno, Cesar Omar, Felipe, David, y Knyvet; he was also loved by many extended family and friends; and he was the best friend and playmate of Derby and Flaco; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Richard Cesar Chirinos; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Richard Cesar Chirinos as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
