SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James C. Termini of Fox Lake and Ingleside, who passed away on July 23, 2009; and

WHEREAS, He was born on August 12, 1951 in Libertyville to Mario J. "Marty" and Helen V. (nee, Nash) Termini; and

WHEREAS, He was united in marriage to Carole (nee, Hummelgaard) on February 3, 1979 in Ingleside; and

WHEREAS, He was employed for over 24 years with Rexam Manufacturing Co. in Buffalo Grove and most recently at Hommer Tool in Arlington Heights; he enjoyed gardening, taking care of his yard, boating, the ocean, and spending time with his family and friends; and

WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents; and

WHEREAS, James Termini will be greatly missed by his wife, Carole; his son, James M.L. Termini; his daughter, Sara (Brad) Fletcher; his granddaughters, Savannah and Charlotte; and his siblings, Judith (Wayne) Swanson, John "Jack" (Pat) Termini, and Kathleen (Ken) St. Onge; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of James Termini; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Termini as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
