1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of William H. Richter, Jr., who passed away
4 on November 20, 2009; and

5     WHEREAS, William Richter, Jr., was born on October 3, 1939;
6 and

7     WHEREAS, William Richter, Jr., was a graduate of North
8 Chicago High School, where he played football and wrestled; and

9     WHEREAS, William Richter, Jr., was preceded in death by his
10 parents, William H. Richter, Sr. and Genevieve O'dette Richter;
11 and

12     WHEREAS, William Richter, Jr., is survived by his children,
13 Jennifer, Daphne, and Joe; his 6 grandchildren; and his
14 brother, Ted Richter; therefore, be it

15     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
16 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
17 his family and friends, the passing of William H. Richter, Jr.;
18 and be it further

19     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

1 presented to the family of William Richter, Jr., as an
2 expression of our sympathy.
