SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Yvonne Potts of Elgin, who recently passed away; and

WHEREAS, She was employed at Sherman Hospital for 39 years; and

WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Martha Johnson; and her sister, Charlotte Albaugh; and

WHEREAS, She was the beloved wife of William Sr. for 58 years; the loving mother of William Jr., and Susan (Brian) Hurst; the proud grandmother of six and great-grandmother of four; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Yvonne Potts; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Yvonne Potts as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
