SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Anna L. Neunaber of Carlinville, who passed away on July 6, 2009; and

WHEREAS, Anna Neunaber was born on July 28, 1919 in Palmer; she was the daughter of the late Ed and Loma (Durbin) Green; she married Millard Martin "Cap" Neunaber on November 21, 1939 in Lincoln; he preceded her in death on December 8, 1983; and

WHEREAS, Anna Neunaber was a homemaker and a member of Ss. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church; and

WHEREAS, Anna Neunaber was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her brother, Walter Green; and her sister, Helen Smith; and

WHEREAS, Anna Neunaber is survived by her sons, Tom Neunaber (Nancy) and Dick Neunaber; her daughter, Linda Walton (Ted); her grandchildren, Michelle Nelson (Rob), Amy Stidham (Bob Jr.), Jeanie Weeks (Gary), Lori Killam (Danny), Eric Neunaber (Megan), and Brad Neunaber (Susan); her 11 great-grandchildren; her brother, William Plopper (Joann); and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Anna L. Neunaber; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Anna Neunaber as an expression of our sympathy.
