SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of David E. Stolarick of Gurnee, who passed away on August 13, 2008; and

WHEREAS, His passion was his love of his family; he helped them grow up to be loving and respectful people; and

WHEREAS, David Stolarick was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father and mother, Stephen and Leora Stolarick; his brother, Donald; his son, Matthew; his father-in-law, Edward B. McCarthy; and his brother-in-law, Edward A. McCarthy; and

WHEREAS, David E. Stolarick is survived by his wife, Kathy; his daughter, Meredith (Keith) Saum; his sons, Donnie (Cheryl) and Keith (Beef); his grandchildren, David and Ava; his brothers, Don and Stephen (Carolyn); and his mother-in-law, Shirley McCarthy; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of David Stolarick; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of David Stolarick as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
