SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Mark A. Miller of Lake Bluff, who passed away on April 19, 2009; and

WHEREAS, Mark Miller was born on April 14, 1967 in Lake Forest; he was a life-long resident of Knollwood; and

WHEREAS, Mark Miller was a graduate of Lake Forest High School; and

WHEREAS, Mark Miller was an excellent carpenter and enjoyed his motorcycle, his snowmobile, the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago Bears, watching NASCAR, and boating; and

WHEREAS, Mark Miller was preceded in death by his father, James V. Miller; and

WHEREAS, Mark Miller is survived by his mother, Katy Miller; his brother, David (Amy) Miller; his nephews, Jared and Justin; and his niece, Karleigh; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Mark A. Miller; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Mark Miller as an expression of our sympathy.
