| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 |
| learn of the death of Helen P. Felski of Grayslake, who passed | | 4 |
| away on February 14, 2009; and
| | 5 |
| WHEREAS, She was born May 2, 1919, in Berwyn; and
| | 6 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents, William | | 7 |
| and Minnie (nee Veara) Dallmann; her husband of 60 years, | | 8 |
| Adolph Felski; and her sisters, Lillian Surma and Lucille | | 9 |
| Sophie; and
| | 10 |
| WHEREAS, She is survived by her loving daughters, Sharon | | 11 |
| Radek, Patricia (Terry) Behling, and Susan Mitchell; her | | 12 |
| sister, Lois Austin; her grandchildren, Jodi (Ken) Welsch, Todd | | 13 |
| (Jennifer) Radek, Tracy (Johnny) McNeela, and Katy (Jeff) | | 14 |
| Croarkin; and her great-granddaughter, Cheyenne Sky; | | 15 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | | 17 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | | 18 |
| her family and friends, the passing of Helen Felski; and be it | | 19 |
