SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Johnathan Quebrado, of North Chicago, who passed away on March 25, 2009; and

WHEREAS, He was born June 2, 1993 in Libertyville and was a lifelong area resident; and

WHEREAS, Johnathan was a member of Iglesia Bautista Gran Comision in Waukegan and a student at North Chicago High School; and

WHEREAS, He is survived by his mother, Alma Quebrado; his brother and sisters, Branda Quebrado, Luis Quebrado, and Thalia Quebrado; his many uncles, members of the church, and dear friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Johnathan Quebrado; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Johnathan Quebrado as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
