SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Charles E. "Chuck" Crumbacher Jr. of Glen Carbon, who passed away on January 7, 2009; and

WHEREAS, He was born February 2, 1961, in Du Quoin, the son of Charlie Crumbacher Sr. and the late Katy (Tryban) Crumbacher; on June 8, 1991, in Alton, he married Beth Iman; and

WHEREAS, He was a consultant for CCS Consulting out of Chicago; he was a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Glen Carbon and the Alton Knights of Columbus; and

WHEREAS, Charles Crumbacher Jr. is survived by his wife, Beth; his two sons, Benjamin Iman Crumbacher and Samuel Tryban Crumbacher; his brother, Jim Crumbacher; his sister, Cindy Hadank and her husband, Mike; his nephew, Adam Hadank; his two nieces, Madeline and Morgan Hadank; and his in-laws, Norm and Carole Iman; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Charles Crumbacher Jr.; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Charles Crumbacher Jr. as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
