SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Kenneth James Kramer of Dunlap, who passed away on March 25, 2009; and

WHEREAS, He was born October 25, 1951, in Queens, New York, to Julius and Evelyn (Brennan) Kramer; and

WHEREAS, He married Helene Chapman on October 12, 1974, in Covington, Tennessee; and

WHEREAS, He was the strategic accounts manager for Michelin Tire Company of North America, in association with Caterpillar Inc.; and

WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his sister, Susan Smith; and

WHEREAS, Kenneth Kramer is survived by his wife; his parents; his daughters, Brennan Kramer and Caroline Kramer; his son, Andrew Kramer; and his sister, Carolyn Altinbasak; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Kenneth Kramer; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Kenneth Kramer as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
