SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Eunice M. Conn of Polo, who passed away on December 26, 2010; and

WHEREAS, She was born January 2, 1938, in Chicago, the daughter of Chester and Elaina (Belter) Janicki; she married Donald F. Conn on May 10, 1958; and

WHEREAS, She and her husband owned and operated Conn Vending; and

WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; and

WHEREAS, Eunice Conn is survived by her husband; her daughters, Tammy (Steve) Alger and Joyce Cannon; her sons, Steven (Laura) Conn and Timothy (Maria) Conn; her sister, Shirley Grabowski; her 17 grandchildren; and her great-grandchild; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Eunice Conn; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Eunice Conn as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
