SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Norma R. Palmer, a 50 year resident of Elmwood Park, who passed away on January 11, 2009; and

WHEREAS, She was the loving wife of the late Jack Palmer; dearest mother of James (Deborah), Jeffrey (Susan) and Jacqueline DiStefano; beloved grandmother of Eric, Christopher, Lauren Palmer, and Justin, April and Bobby DiStefano, and the late James John Palmer; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Norma Palmer; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Norma Palmer as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
