SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Susan Ornig; and

WHEREAS, Susan Ornig was the beloved wife of John; the devoted daughter of the late Stanley and Erna Ziegler; the cherished sister of Bill (Lek) Ziegler and Bob Ziegler; the dear mother of Nancy Swienton; the fond aunt of Dan, Becky, Holly, Katy, and Dale Clarke, Samantha and Matt Ornig, and Adam and Aaron Schow; and the friend and guiding light of many others; and

WHEREAS, Susan Ornig's love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared her to her family members, friends, and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Susan Ornig; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Susan Ornig as an expression of our sympathy.
