SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of William L. O. Kline of Waukegan, formerly of North Chicago and Kenosha, who passed away on November 13, 2010; and

WHEREAS, He was born July 6, 1952 in Lake Forest, and was married 30 years to his loving wife, Terry (nee Nitsche); and

WHEREAS, He was employed at St. Therese Medical Center from 1972 to 2004 as a security officer and also at Sheridan Health Care Center from 2005 to 2010; he attended North Chicago Community High School; and

WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Sr. and Elizabeth Kline; his sister, Margaret Kline; his niece, Rebecca Kline-Jackson; and his maternal grandparents, Michael and Catherine Miller; and

WHEREAS, William Kline is survived by his wife, Terry; his brothers and sisters, Raymond Kline Jr., Martha "Bea" (Roy) Hogan, Frances "Fran" Valdez, Robert "Bob" Kline Sr., Donald "Donnie" (Bronica) Kline, and Patricia "Pat" (Richard "Ski") Leckman; and many loving nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of William Kline; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of William Kline as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
