710 ILCS 45/401

Amends the Sorry Works! Pilot Program Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning alternative dispute resolution.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Sorry Works! Pilot Program Act is amended by changing Section 401 as follows:

(710 ILCS 45/401)

Sec. 401. Short title. This Article 4 may be cited as the the Sorry Works! Pilot Program Act, and references in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
