Amends the Illinois Egg and Egg Products Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Egg and Egg Products Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(410 ILCS 615/1) (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 55-1)

Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Egg and Egg Products Act.
