    Amends the Illinois Roofing Industry Licensing Act. Makes a technicalchange to the short title Section.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Roofing Industry Licensing Act is
5 amended by changing Section 12 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 335/12)  (from Ch. 111, par. 7512)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2016)
8     Sec. 12. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as
9 the "Illinois Roofing Industry Licensing Act".
