Amends the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act. Makes a technical change in the short title Section.

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(30 ILCS 535/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 4151-1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may may be cited as the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act.
