    Amends the Illinois Economic Development Board Act. Makes a technical change to the short title Section.

1     AN ACT concerning economic development.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Economic Development Board Act is
5 amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3965/0.01)  (from Ch. 127, par. 3950)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Illinois Economic Development Board Act.
