Amends the Energy Conservation Act, the Energy Policy and Planning Act, the Energy Efficient Building Act, the Local Government Energy Conservation Act, the School Code, the Public University Energy Conservation Act, and the Public Community College Act. Makes technical changes in Sections concerning the short titles of those Acts.

AN ACT concerning energy conservation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Energy Conservation Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 1115/1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 7601)

Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the the "Energy Conservation Act."

Section 10. The Energy Policy and Planning Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the the Energy Policy and Planning Act.

Section 15. The Energy Efficient Building Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
