SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

30 ILCS 500/1-15.03

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Makes a technical change in a Section defining "Associate Procurement Officers".

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by changing Section 1-15.03 as follows:

(30 ILCS 500/1-15.03)

Sec. 1-15.03. Associate Procurement Officers. "Associate Procurement Officers" means those those persons appointed as provided in Section 10-15.
