1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 51 of the 96th
5 General Assembly, as enrolled, becomes law, then Senate Bill 51
6 of the 96th General Assembly is amended by changing Section
7 99-99 as follows:

8     (09600SB0051enr, Sec. 99-99)
9     Sec. 99-99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
10 1, 2010 ~~upon becoming law~~.
