1     AN ACT concerning pest control.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing
5 Sections 4.19b and 4.29 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 80/4.19b)
7     Sec. 4.19b. Acts repealed on January 1, 2009 and December
8 31, 2009.
9     (a) The following Act is repealed on January 1, 2009:
10         The Interpreters for the Deaf Act.
11     ~~(b) The following Act is repealed on December 31, 2009:~~
12         ~~The Structural Pest Control Act.~~

14     (5 ILCS 80/4.29)
15     Sec. 4.29. Act repealed on January 1, 2019. The following
16 Act is repealed on January 1, 2019:
17     The Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act.
18     The Structural Pest Control Act.

20     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
21 becoming law.
