1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of former
4 Illinois State Senator Frederick A. Rupley; and

5     WHEREAS, Frederick Rupley served the constituents of
6 Illinois' 7th Senate District as a Republican during the 92nd
7 General Assembly; he was also a former Republican committeeman;
8 and

9     WHEREAS, Frederick Rupley was an avid fisherman and golfer;
10 he was also an avid fan of the Chicago White Sox; and

11     WHEREAS, Frederick Rupley was preceded in death by his
12 parents, Fred and Helen, and his brother, Ronald; and

13     WHEREAS, Frederick Rupley was the beloved husband of
14 Jeanette; the devoted father of Michelle (Jim) Demos and Karen;
15 and the cherished "PaPa" of Alyssa, Teddy, and Peter;
16 therefore, be it

17     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
18 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
19 mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of former
20 Illinois State Senator Frederick A. Rupley; and be it further

1     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
2 presented to the family of Frederick Rupley as an expression of
3 our sympathy.
