1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, Illinois Ventures, LLC is a component unit of the
3 University of Illinois; and

4     WHEREAS, This State has appropriated funds to the
5 University of Illinois for Illinois Ventures, LLC; therefore,
6 be it

7     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
9 request that the Auditor General conduct a financial audit and
10 compliance examination of Illinois Ventures, LLC and report his
11 findings to the General Assembly; and be it further

12     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13 delivered to the Auditor General.
