HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate United States Air Force Reserve Lieutenant Colonel Brent A. Calderwood of Chicago Heights on the occasion of his retirement after 39 years of dedicated service; and

WHEREAS, During his career with the United States Air Force Reserve, Lt. Col. Brent Calderwood served as the Deputy Project Manager for Operation Arctic Care, where he helped bring needed health care to the Inupiat people of the Northwest Arctic Borough of Alaska; and

WHEREAS, Lt. Col. Brent Calderwood serves as a model of hard work, integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Lieutenant Colonel Brent A. Calderwood on the occasion of his retirement, thank him for his service, and wish him many happy and healthy retirement years; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Lt. Col. Brent Calderwood as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
