1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate William and
4 Carolyn MacIntosh of Western Springs on their 50th wedding
5 anniversary; and

6     WHEREAS, They were married on August 26, 1960 at River
7 Forest Presbyterian Church; and

8     WHEREAS, They are the proud parents of Ann MacIntosh Baker
9 (Robert) and Lea MacIntosh; and

10     WHEREAS, They are the loving grandparents of Emily Anne and
11 Joseph Alexander Baker; and

12     WHEREAS, William and Carolyn are examples of a love that
13 has stood the test of time, proof that love can endure all
14 things and stand strong; therefore, be it

15     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
17 congratulate William and Carolyn MacIntosh on this momentous
18 occasion and wish them continued happiness for years to come;
19 and be it further

1     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
2 presented to William and Carolyn MacIntosh as a symbol of our
