1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate Michael Edward
4 Stanbary, Jr. of Boy Scout Troop 290 in Hoffman Estates High
5 School on the occasion of attaining the coveted rank of Eagle
6 Scout; and

7     WHEREAS, The rank of Eagle Scout will be bestowed upon
8 Michael Stanbary by the Boy Scouts of America at a Court of
9 Honor ceremony on June 19, 2010; and

10     WHEREAS, Michael completed a restoration project at the
11 Wheeling Township Cemetery, by reducing a boundary that was an
12 eye sore and had safety issues; he tore down the fence and
13 brush and made the area ready for planting again; and

14     WHEREAS, Michael Stanbary serves as a model of hard work,
15 integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of
16 Illinois; therefore, be it

17     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
18 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
19 congratulate Michael Stanbary, Jr., of Boy Scout Troop 290, on
20 the occasion of attaining the coveted rank of Eagle Scout and
21 wish him continued success and happiness in the future; and be

2     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
3 presented to Michael Stanbary, Jr. as a symbol of our esteem
