Amends the Illinois Medical District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Medical District Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(70 ILCS 915/0.01) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5000)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Medical District Act.
