    Amends the Hazardous Material Emergency Response Reimbursement Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning safety.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Hazardous Material Emergency Response
5 Reimbursement Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (430 ILCS 55/1)  (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 1001)
7     Sec. 1. Title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~ Hazardous
8 Material Emergency Response Reimbursement Act.
