Amends the Minimum Wage Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the posting of a summary of the Minimum Wage Law.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing Section 9 as follows:

Sec. 9. Every employer subject to any provision of this Act or of any regulations issued under this Act shall keep a summary of this Act approved by the the Director, and copies of any applicable regulations issued under this Act or a summary of such regulations, posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises wherever any person subject to this Act is employed. Employers shall be furnished copies of such summaries and regulations by the State on request without charge.
