Amends the Toll Bridge Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Toll Bridge Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(605 ILCS 115/0.01) (from Ch. 137, par. 0.01)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Toll Bridge Act.
