Amends the Level of Lake Michigan Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Level of Lake Michigan Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(615 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 19, par. 119)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the the "Level of Lake Michigan Act".
