70 ILCS 3705/3

Amends the Public Water District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning judicial notice.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Water District Act is amended by changing Section 3 as follows:

(70 ILCS 3705/3) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 190)

Sec. 3. All courts in this State shall take judicial notice of the the existence of all public water districts organized under this Act.
