    Amends the Nursing Home Grant Assistance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning public aid.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Nursing Home Grant Assistance Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (305 ILCS 40/1)  (from Ch. 23, par. 7100-1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Nursing Home Grant Assistance Act.
