Amends the School Code. Provides that a school board shall require all students to undergo an electrocardiogram (EKG) test as part of the comprehensive health examinations required by the Code.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections 10-20.52 and 34-18.43 as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/10-20.52 new)

Sec. 10-20.52. Students; EKG required. Each school board shall require all students to undergo an electrocardiogram (EKG) test as part of the comprehensive health examinations required by this Code.
