Amends various Acts concerning State universities. Repeals provisions that permit the children of employees of an Illinois college or university who have been employed by any one or by more than one Illinois college or university for an aggregate period of at least 7 years to receive a 50% tuition waiver. Effective immediately.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by repealing Section 7f.

Section 10. The Southern Illinois University Management Act is amended by repealing Section 8f.

Section 15. The Chicago State University Law is amended by repealing Section 5-90.

Section 20. The Eastern Illinois University Law is amended by repealing Section 10-90.

Section 30. The Illinois State University Law is amended by repealing Section 20-90.

Section 45. The Western Illinois University Law is amended by repealing Section 35-90.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
