Prohibits sale of term graves. Provides for the Department, in conjunction with the Cemetery Licensing Commission whose members are appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, to administer the licensing and discipline of licensees. Amends the Cemetery Care Act. Provides that a cemetery authority must annually report to the Comptroller an inventory of the cemetery grounds. Provides that the Office of the Comptroller shall make such inventory reports publicly available by means of a searchable database that is accessible through that agency's website and shall issue a certificate of filing upon timely receipt of a cemetery's annual report.
